Cash Pay Options

Initial Assessment $200
Follow-Up Appointments $135

Cash-pay and private-pay clients are responsible for payment at the time of service.

Out-of-Network Benefits

A superbill can be provided for submission to your insurance company if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed.
