    About Me

A Safe, Compassionate Space for Meaningful Change

Healing the past. Reclaiming the self.

Throughout my career, I have been continually reminded of how resilient people can be. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, grief, childhood wounds, relationship struggles, and moments when simply getting through the day felt overwhelming.

My professional journey began in Türkiye, where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology. I spent more than a decade working in mental health, child welfare, and social services, supporting individuals and families facing trauma, abuse, addiction, and other significant life challenges.

After moving to the United States, I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I have continued pursuing advanced training in evidence-based trauma therapies to provide thoughtful, personalized care for the adults I work with.

Today, I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, attachment wounds, perfectionism, relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals.

At the center of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where you can feel genuinely heard, explore difficult experiences without judgment, and move through healing at a pace that feels right for you.

Dedicated Mental Health Services to Empower You

Trauma can leave you feeling as though part of you is still responding to the past—even when the danger has ended.

Anxiety can make it difficult to feel fully present in your own life.

Our earliest relationships can shape how we understand safety, trust, love, and our own worth.

Perfectionism can appear successful from the outside.

Relationships can be a source of connection, comfort, and belonging—but they can also bring up painful emotions, old wounds, and recurring patterns.

Some emotions can arrive so quickly and intensely that it becomes difficult to think clearly, communicate your needs, or choose how to respond.

Life transitions can affect how you see yourself, your relationships, and the direction of your future.
